While each package includes a base of 8 hours—more time might be necessary to document your day properly. We’ll work together to decide the exact amount of coverage you’ll need.

You’ve just taken on more task off your to-do list by booking your wedding photographer! You’re officially on our calendar and we will get started planning!

FAQs

Yes! Payments are automatically set up in our booking system. We require the $1297 non-refundable retainer to book your date, and beyond that, we will split your payments into three additional installments. Just let me know on our consultation call or by email if there's a specific timeframe that will be best for your payments.

Lucky for you, we hear this all the time and it is our job to help you feel comfortable! A majority of the couples you see all over our website and social media have never taken professional photos before so you can trust that we will help bring out the best in you.

Travel is included up to 50 miles from Spokane. For weddings beyond, we love to learn about your destination and celebration before we discuss travel plans, as each wedding is unique. We then customize a quote based on the location and number of shooting days. The travel quote is added to your selected collection, and we handle all of our own travel arrangements unless otherwise specified.

Absolutely. We can happily tailor any collection to best suit your celebration. Please email us your wish list. We will follow up with a bespoke collection for your review.

Once you’ve selected your date and we’ve determined your collection, we will prepare and send a photography contract for your review. We ask that you return your signed contract within about a week to ensure your date remains available. Once we receive your contract and the $1297 photography retainer, your wedding date is officially booked! You’ll be automatically set up with a payment plan, and the final balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date.

We typically deliver around 80-100 images per hour of shooting. Every day is unique so we don't put a minimum or maximum on your photos. It truly depends on the events you incorporate, the amount of coverage, and all of the moments that take place! We will always deliver the best photos and we promise not to leave any special ones out.

We sure do! We offer photography collections separately, with the option to add videography on. However, we also offer videography collections on their own. Caleb is our main videographer and can cover all your filming needs. While we love working seamlessly to cover photo + video, we are happy to work with other photographers.

Caleb as you might know, is my business partner and cute husband, and we shoot all weddings as a team. Throughout the day, Caleb serves as a compliment to my skills, and is so much more than a second shooter. His background in film and photography provides a unique perspective and eye for detail as he transitions from shooting portraits and the groom’s “getting ready” to pivotal moments like the ceremony, reception decor, first dance, cake cutting, etc. Depending on the scale of the event, we bring on additional shooters or assistants as needed. Especially since he does all of our videography as well!

We have a very hands-on approach to setting up a wedding day timeline—our goal is to ensure that you have the best natural light for every part of your celebration. We also prefer to help build the timeline together with your planner to give you plenty of time to capture all of your desired portraits and photographs throughout the day with buffers to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience. We balance offering guidance and direction, styled detail shots and portraits, and capturing the moments that happen organically through photojournalistic (candid) coverage. The end result yields a beautiful balance of people, details and emotion.
